Job description:Property is a new build 4 bedroomed detached house (3 beds main house, 4th bed over drive (not an extension)). Looking to achieve a full loft conversion, possibly with en-suite area if sufficient space. Dormer window(s) not required (preferably). Loft does not contain water tank or chimney stack. Open to suggestions for layout best use of space etc. Seeking quotes now for work to start by March/April 2008
