Job description:Edwardian mid-terrace- large roof space- want boarding out area of approximately 5m x 5m, plus thin board "walls". The area is to be used just for storage- no need for Velux windows or electrics- mainly just a sturdy floor, preventing dirt and muck from falling onto items stored and a good quality access steps, preferably with handrail (as it will be used by a blind person and someone who doesn't like ladders very much) (lol!) Don't really know about budget- we have been quoted for more extensive work that we have now decided we don't need, but are open to discussion about what can be offered to help us to maximise the space
