Job description:Conversion of a trussed roof on a modern property (c1997). Covert of whole roof into 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Work required is to complete the structural conversion & owner to complete the internal works - stud walls, electrics, plumbing, etc. Roof is single non hipped construction, with 45degree pitch, roof dimension (wall plate) is approximately 25 by 35 feet.
