Job description:I would like the loft converted into a bedroom with a bathroom. I would also like the kitchen extended out by a couple metres. The property is in london and the house is a 1930's semi detatched. The loft is made of brick and wood There are no plans drawn up for the work. Regards to the kicthen - it needs to be extended out by about 5 metres by doing this the garden tap and the shed will need to be moved
