Rework and renovate existing loft conversion in Mildmay

Job description:No plans drawn up, I'm hoping I won't need to, only changing existing loft conversion. In bedroom one extend turret out by half a meter to make bigger window space, install new double glazed window, move radiator from in front of window. In bedroom two open window space down to floor level and install glass doors and small landing outside, half meter by two meters. In bathroom (between bedrooms in middle of building with no windows) extend the ceiling to the roof, build up walls, rework roof beams or work around them, install 3 sky lights, install insulation and new lighting.
