Job description:There is a outer metal hatch leading to the roof, and an inner plywood hatch within the flat, we need to fit insulation and a waterproof membrane to the underside of this, plus an additional layer of ply to ensure that the moisture / condensation is not penetrating into the flat, as it does at present, ensuring that access to the roof can be easily achieved
