Job description:Top floor of 4 story victorian mid terrace. Existing space already converted for storage but used as a bedroom and has balcony/roof terrace. Classed as uninhabitable space by survey due to dodgy 1980's ilegal conversion! Job requires removal of legacy items related to the existing space (stairs, inadequate insulation etc). New suspended floor, new or enlarged dormer with doors/windows, new sealed stairs and landing (to meet fire and building regs), full insulation, additional en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe room, storage, additional skylights, plumbing, electrics, all design, planning and associated paperwork In short, ripping out and starting all over again! I've priced the job at under £100 so that the lead doesn't cost you a fortune. We have received quotes already between £30k to £40k so would be looking to improve that.
