Job description:Intention is to create dormer to the maximum dimensions under "permitted development" to create a bedroom with an ensuite and space permitting perhaps a small office as well? to include - external structure and internal fitting out. - also a roof terrace if planning permission can be obtained. - attention will also be required to remaining roof structure to front as supporting timbers are not adequate and tiles need replacement. These potentially contain asbestos so risk assessment and appropriate procedures will be required.
