Job description:Single company or individual to project manage all tradesmen for full renovation of a 1-bed flat including: - Installation of mezzanine in a tall period conversion - Demolition of old bathroom and kitchen and installation of modern appliances - Disposal - Re-wiring - Re-plumbing - Installation of new boiler - Re-plastering of bare areas Looking for experienced and qualified PM to visit property to quote for all works this or next week and to submit full BoQ. Works to start Saturday 31st March to Sunday 15th April. Architect's drawings available on request.
