Old converted loft needing to brought up to todays building regs etc. in Kilmarnock North

Job description:We are renovating an old 3 bedroom bungalow and need plans drawn to submit to the council for building warranty and when these have passed for the work to go ahead. The loft is converted (date unknown)it appears it was done many years ago. The floor has been checked by a timber specialist and appears solid. There is a dormer window and two small velux/skylight? windows opposite. There are some false walls which makes it into 3 "bedrooms" There is electricity which we are having checked and have the new pipework with add ons? for hot and cold water being installed for new central heating.The measurements are 23'1" x 19'10" We would like to turn this into three small bedrooms/boxrooms and possible small shower room/cloakroom. We would need a new staircase fitted to meet with building regs as at the moment, the attic is accessed by a slim wooden fixed staircase within a cupboard in the hall. We would appreciate advice and detailed quotes and if possible a price for the plans alone before the work is started, to carry out this work for us. Budget permitting we would like to start the work immediately after plans were accepted by the council which I'm told is approx 4-5 weeks. Thank you.
