Job description:Recommend an architect. Build gable wall to the side. Add a dormer to the back. Install internal quarter turn staircase. Add bedroom and bathroom to loft. Add a Velux to the front roof. Reinforce / replace roof joists , insulate floor , install laminate flooring , several double electrical sockets , FD30 door , plasterboard walls and ceiling , paint to suit. Am willing to buy and provide all required materials to keep costs down.
