Job description:We are looking for a basic loft conversion on our two bedroom 1900/ Victorian terrace. the works required are as follows... Widen loft floor void construct and install stairs to loft strengthen joists install 2no. velux (or similar) window. install lighting and power to loft. insulate between rafters then plaster. box out round purling for storage N.B. we have taken advice and scaffolding is not required for strengthening joists.
