Job description:loft conversion with dormer windows to the rear, on suite bathroom and staircase to gain access. The eves of the roof join the floor so standing room only in the centre of roof, requiring dormer windows to the rear. The boiler will need to be re-sited up into the loft as believe the staircase will need to start where the boiler is currently positioned.
