Job description:would like to have loft of my house converted into a spare room,with all the amenities like en-suite bath room and have my central heating boiler re-located,this project must be well desigened so that i do not lose any or much room from my current bed rooms. My main concern is the the design of prospective stairs care leading up to the loft!
