Job description:Need to have someone to have a look to give an estimate on time and cost. I have a store room which needs to be converted into a bedroom. There is a slated roof that runs down at 45 degrees. This room needs to be converted into a room with a window, flat roof to create a box sized shape. The floor also needs to be lowered to the same level of the landing. If this room is possible there is also a simultaneous piece of work to convert one of the box rooms into a bathroom, this can only be done if the store room can be converted into a bedroom. This needs to be done by end of June, if this can not be done then it will be done next summer. Reason for this is that I have tenant moving on the 1st July. This for a 7 bed property and for HMO licensing this work needs to be done.
