Job description:I'm looing for a loft extension including staircase, new floor beams and supporting steels. I do NOT want the loft internally finished i.e. electrics, plumbing, plastering etc. The extension will include a large dormer extension to the back and an extension to the side of the hipped roof. Dimensions are aprox 12*6ft dormer. Lo0ft is aprox 30ft square.
