Job description:single room with en suite toilet and wash hand basin - room will measure 22 feet by 12 feet. 1 dormer window and 2 velux windows, one being an escape window. Staircase will need to be installed. All relevant electrics and plumbing for toilet and wash basin (all sanitary wear to be provided by ourselves), and radiator required for bedroom and small one for toilet.
