Job description:total loft conversion to include planning permission, 2 sky light window to front and dorma extension to back of loft. loft size is approx 40foot by 20ft. i would also be looking to move the bathroom to allow the existing bathroon to become the access area to the loft - also a small conservatory to be built at the back of the house. obviously all electricals. plumbing and gas radiators may need to be relocated. i am also thinking of having a plasterboard fireplace removed in living area - to become a flat wall and re house electrical modern fireplace.
