Need staircase to connect 1st floor to loft & Joists in area of loft in Old Swan

Job description:Would like the staircase to be of good strong quality. need to replace hand rail & spindles on exsisting staircase to match new one. also require new larger joists in loft as existing are not strong enough. this is to create 1 large room in loft with a door at the top of the stairs. staircase may need to have a 90 degree turn to enter loft in the centre of the pitch.
