Job description:approx area height from floor to roof beam in centre is 80" - 82" depending on point in loft. approx 12 1/2' wide approx length 22' split by a load bearing wall see below info one side length approx 15' long and beyond the load bearing wall is approx the other 7' loading bearing beam is a 11x8 - 2 of 64" apart. dorma window required at rear of property. no alterations to roof required other than the fitting of the window. ensuite ? not sure, price wanted with and without. No water tanks in loft There is a load bearing wall 14" thick with door way cut out.
