Job description:Looking for someone to do joinery work in loft conversion for July 2012. Lay down floor with 6 by 4 beams. To work off architects plans. I will be having someone do the velux window, electrical work and plumbing, and skimming. I need a good joiner who can do the floor work alongside making a staircase and partition for the room. I also need another floor to be laid in a property located on the same street with 5 by 3 beams, no other work needed apart from new floor. All this work to be carried out in July with a quick turn around in mind. Work has to be passed by building reg. References and a view to being able to look at previous job essential. Thanks
