Job description:we have a loft conversion which currently has a folding ladder. we want to take out the ladder and replace it with a paddle staircase. there is a door at the bottom of the stairs, and this will need to switch sides. we need the stair to accord with building regulations so that we can officially call the attic a 3rd bedroom
