18m2 dorma extention, flat roof, looking for good experienced people in Moss Side

Job description:Hi there, I'm building an 18m2 dorma, on the back of my house, with a flat roof. My house is three storeys at the front, however, the outrig at the back is just two storeys high. I want to build the outrig up to three storeys too. The internal stairs are already in place. I am looking for 2-4 people team to carry out the external work: removing an exisiting chimney stack, brick laying, roofing & window fitting (to building regs) for the new dorma. Drawings are currently being done by professional & will be ready on Tuesday next week. The bricks have been purchased and are on site. Would be helpful if you had your own scaffolding. If you feel you are the right team for job and can work to a quote (can be labour only quote) and we can organise materials if prefered. Looking to start the job ASAP, with a finish date as quickly as possible. Possible addional work to follow includes: new floors, partician walls, door fittings, plumbing, electrical. The dorma work is about 30% of the total work being carried out on the property and once dorma is completed further work probably sought.
