Job description:I need to install good access to my loft space. The loft access is situated in the upstairs landing area adjacent to the top of the stairway. There is a double ceiling (the original and a false ceiling approximately 400mm below). There is already an existing hatchway through both but this is very basic. I would like to increase the size of the hatch, install a foldable ladder and hatch cover, plus basic light and an area of flooring around the hatch.
