Job description:I need plans drawing up and full estimate, all electricals and plumbing required for conversion but these can be done by builder working on downstairs as whole house requires complete modernisation. Loft will contain one bedroom and ensuite is space allows. Starwell will require building and redisign of landing and one bedroom to accomodate. cheers
