Job description:We have an apex loft above the garage and need a pull down loft ladder installed for access. Distance to ground from loft opening is approx 2.5m. The loft opening size is fleixble as we still have the plywood that was cut to create the current hole which can be refitted and recut to any size. We currently use a ladder for access but are moving and taking our ladder with us, and want to install permanent loft access to increase value to potential buyers.
