Job description:We are at the early stages of considering converting our loft in to a bedroom and (possibly) shower/toilet room and need someone with experience to let us know what is possible and what ballpark cost will be. Our house is semi-detached and other similar houses in the same street have had conversions with dormers added (I don't think there's enough headroom to have just Velux windows).
