Job description:We inherited an incomplete loft room when we moved to this house. It is complete with stairs access and electric and is fully boarded out, but there are no windows and it is not compliant with building regs because it is not a self contained room. We would like to explore the options for re-configuring the space (approx 30ft x 10ft) and making it compliant with building regs
