Job description:Good afternoon. We wish to extend our living space and convert our loft. Our house is a victorian mid terrace house and the loft measures approx 6 meters by 4 meters. We have just had the floor insulated to standards by British Gas. We would require 2 velux roof windows either side, roof and walls insulated then plaster boarded and flooring put down, the hatch would need extending and a staircase put in. The purpose of the conversion would be to use as an office so spotlights would need to go in approx 4 as well as 2 electric double sockets. Kind regards...
