Job description:We have an attached large double garage with high pitched roof above. My aim is, by converting the roof space above the garage, adding a dormer and access from the garage, to create a decent sixed study/extra bedroom. If the budget allows, convert the garage to a games room/den below the converted loft with concertina type doors replacing the old garage doors. approx size of garage 20ft by 20ft. I have assumed that the company concerned will be drawing up plans and submitting them for PP.

Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
