Job description:We have a loft (20ft by 20ft) which we are looking to convert into a simple storage/attic room. Are only requirements are as follows; 1) Strengthening the floor with steel (we have structural drawings) 2) Insulating the loft 3) Plaster finish 4) Standard staircase to the loft. 5) Double electric socket (there are electircs in the loft) We are looking to do this at the end of May. We have had quotes before (approx £4K) but have been let down at the last minute.
