Job description:We have a small-ish budget and don't need anything fancy, but we need an extra bedroom. We know it is possible, but are having trouble getting quotes that are realistic. Some of the big companies wouldn't do a plain conversion, one was too far away to be competetive, one seemed dodgy, and one came to look but then never gave us a quote.
