Loft conversion - floor, walls, insulation, electrics, 2 windows in West Bridgford

Job description:We would like to convert the loft to our (1910) 3 bedroom end of terrace house to increase storage space. We anticipate this will need expansion of the loft hatch as well as a good and safe ladder. We would like a light and electricity sockets adding and 2 velux windows. The floor will need boarding. We don't think we need the floor strengthening as the aim is to use for storage, not as bedroom - but would appreciate any advice on this. It will also need internal plasterboard walls and we would like it to be insulated as much as possible. We are interested in ideas and quotes, as well as how long the work would take and when it could be done. Thank you.
