Job description:I am wanting my loft converted into a fourth bedroom. At the moment the access for the loft is over the bath, but I still have the cupboard where the old water tank was stored & maybe this would be the place where you could put the stairs. The landing is a fair width size & would be easy to get materials up & into the loft. The new room would have to be able to have good standing head space. I would like the room to have lots of natural light & also to be very soundproof for the bedroom underneath so as not to disturb those sleeping by the noise of people walking, music or TV. There is excellent access to the house no awkward entry ways or hills to climb. There is a flat driveway so it will be an ease of transporting heavy items easier.
