Job description:Rear Dormer with en suite To fit new floor, new staircase from 1st floor to loft, construct dormer with tiles to match existing roof, fit fasias and guttering etc, fit 2 new windows (1 in bedroom, 1 in en suite) Internal work to include plastering, new fire door to new room, all architraves, skirting to match existing. Proide storage space in front wall. Fit new electrics. Fit 2 radiators in new room including all pipes and waste.
