Job description:Front loft converson adding two bedrooms and bathroom. Stairs to be sighted where bathroom is situated at the momemt. Two brick walls will need to be taken down, and there is a small brick wall required to be built in the loft for added support. The conversion will need to be slightly different than the usual conversion as the bungalow attached to mine has had a loft conversion where the standard 18inches gap required has not been allowed for. The conversion next door has been built to the dividing wall. This was a error made by the Council Planning Department therefore I have obtained planning permission for the my conversion to join onto next doors.
