Job description:After a structural survey was carried out on the house repairs need to be done to make the roof stucturally sound as it has spread - the engineer advised a dormer would kill 2 birds with one stone floor would require streghtening and ties installing to secure roof no planning permission has been sought please advise works on this room were carried out before we bought the property and we understand the floor was not strenghtened and metal ties were removed causing the spread there is a staircase already installed and the room has power to it.
