Job description:I have a 1930's semi with an old loft conversion. Ideally, I would like to have the dormer replaced with a more energy efficient one. The staircase will also need replacing and moving which may need some roof alterations. The current staircase comes up in the middle of the loft room and takes space from the back bedroom.
