Job description:End of terrace loft space. Perfectly triangular 10m wide (roof slope to roof slope) x 5m deep (flat wall to flat wall) x 3m high at the apex. No chimney breast. One pair of props to purlins (if I have the lingo right!). Probably requiring one bedroom and one shower room/wc. Don't know about stairs.
