Job description:We are wanting to convert our loft into a bedroom. would preferebly like to have at least one dorma window. If planning permission given, then two, one at the front and one at the back. We are unsure if we have room for an ensuite, would need to discuss the possibilities. Also need a stair case to run through an existing cupboard space into the front double bedroom. Then a stud wall needs to be errected to extend the hallway through the bedroom so the stairs are in a hallway and not in the front bedroom. All work needs to be done up to decorating stage, so plastered and electricity supplied ready for decoration.
