Require exisitng stairs to be extended into roof. Need suggestions ref moving current water storage / heating. Want Velux windows - not visible from front of house. Want conversion to meet building and planning regulations. Personal concern about trussed rafter roof construction. Require heating and lighting / plumbing / plastering - all inclusive solution. No time wasters - require opportunity to see previous work.
