Loft extension in Caversham

Job description:Loft extension. We already have a little room in the roof with original stairs leading to it. The main part of the roof is ca. 30 cm higher and is currently not converted. We need a little stairs to reach the rest of the roof, the floor reinforced, insulation etc. We would like to build a little dormer on the back. Possibly also two in the front subject to planning permission.
