Job description:- Loft conversion to a Victorian terrace house (with existing velux). 1 beam currently runs mid-height through the loft so needs to be removed - Will involve relocating the main staircase to provide best space in all rooms and separate approach to bathroom which is currently approached via second bedroom - Where current staircase is, a space is created so we want to remove one of the walls at ground and first floors to add this space to one of the bedrooms and lounge downstairs. Removing a wall will need a structural beam added. - Also some electrics (to add power points/lights) and relocation of radiators required - Will want finish to plastering stage on walls etc, with additional option on the quote for painting to walls, ceiling and skirting as well - All works to achieve building regulations
