Loft conversion in Southend

Job description:We are looking to get our loft coverted into to bedrooms and 1 ensuite with two pitch dormers at the front and 4 velux windows at the back. This will involve moving the lounge door for the stairs up to the loft. I would like to get two quotes from you please one for the complete job and one for you to do all the structual work and first fix plumbing and electrics and stud work and me doing plastering, fitting eusuite, doors skirting etc. We have drawing done ready to work from.
