Job description:Just brought a house which needs the current loft conversion renovated as there is no air circulation and mold is present on the current plasterboard. The job would entail taking off the current plasterboard, pinning back celotex for insulation and fitting roof air tiles for ventilation. A velux type window in the loft also needs replacing as it is warped and unable to open. see attached photos. Area to be replasterboarded is the loft of a standard three bed semi detached house
