Job description:1930's 3 bed semi. At present loft is unboarded with some loft insulation & water tank. Would like to board up the majority of loft with 'standing height' for storage. Not sure if joist is strong enough to take extra weight, might require raised batten which give oppotunity to add to loft insulation. Measurements to follow, but roughly (2 double bedrooms) depth and (1 double & 1 single room) width. No planning permission required.
