Job description:I am looking for a 'dormer' to be put into the loft of my property going the whole way along of the back of the roof looking out onto the garden. Steel support beams would need to be added, along with a staircase, the purpose of this extension is to gain an extra bedroom. No plans have been drawn up yet until we find the right builder, once we have then our local architect can draw up some plans as we don't need planning permission, we have a very strict budget of 12k
