Job description:The home we are moving to has a partially completed loft conversion (without planning), including a velux window, boarding and power. We would like to complete/re-do the conversion to make into a master bedroom. We do not expect any external building work or plumbing, though we would like a staircase fitted between the landing and loft. At present, we are in the process of buying the house (expected July 08) and would like to complete the conversion quickly after, so availability in August/September would be hoped for. As we are not in the property yet, access can be arranged for viewing but is not immediate. In the first instance we would like a quote and advice to inform the planning application.
