Job description:Loft conversion (plus other building works if possible, loft specialists only may be ok as we could use separate builder but prefer someone to do everything) other works include knocking through 2 walls, erecting stud walls, creating a downstairs cloakroom etc. Would like to start in 3-4 weeks Needs to be completed in one time block though... don't want a builder who leaves things part done to do other works!
