Job description:It is a 3 bed semi, not sure of actual measurements. There is already a vent installed in the loft but it needs re-installing into the bathroom and connecting to the lightswitch. I want a strip light in the loft, connecting to the switch in the hall, making it a 3 way switch. The loft needs boarding and strengthening. The hatch needs moving into the hall and a ladder installing.
